Pick
up from Lam Chabang port by
the wharf
and drive out to Bangkok on the express way. Arrival Bangkok and
continue on by local road through the bustling streets and old
business area of the city. Enjoy a short ride on a unique and
beautiful setting of motor boat along the enchanting Chao Phya
River, the river of King, enjoy the surrounding, and observe the
exotic river life. Along the way,
stop will be made at Wat Arun
(the temple of Dawn). Afterward, continue onward to
visit the Royal Grand Palace & the Emerald Buddha Temple.
This is a must see for all visitors to
Bangkok. The Grand Palace complex, which
includes the Temple of the Emerald Buddha (Wat Phra Keow) is
unquestionably one of the wonders of the world today. Within its
enormous grounds is the most exotic Buddhist temple and at the heart
of the temple itself is a fabulous Buddha image, carved from one
piece of Jade, which is the holiest and most revered of religious
objects in Thailand today.
After lunch,
continue on to visit
Wat Pho,
the Reclining Buddha temple. The temple is the oldest and largest
in Bangkok; features the largest reclining Buddha status and the
largest collection of Buddha images in Thailand.
Prior to return to the port, the opportunity of free time to
exploring around and enjoy shopping in the Bangkok; Gems factory,
Silk & handicraft Center. Late afternoon, return to Lame Chabang for
boarding the ship.
