Boran) A large outdoor museum
containing both full and large scale
replicas of the country is most
famous monuments and temples, as
well as reproductions of buildings
no longer in existence. Surrounded
by landscaped gardens, fountains,
statues. Food and drink are
available at the Floating Market, or
take a picnic with you.
Crocodile Farm
: This claims to be the
worlds largest crocodile farm, and
exports crocodile skins for
leatherware production. The farm
also features elephants, tigers,
chimpanzees, and a disnosaur museum.
Chonburi :
Mini Siam
: Located at 387 Sukhumvit Road,
this is a theme park featuring
miniatures of Thai and some European
cultural sites.
Bottle Museum
: Sukhumvit Road, (approx.
100m south of Pattaya Klang Road). A
wonderful collection of over 300
construction in bottles houses,
temples, palaces and lighthouses
from Thaialnd, Netherlands and other
countries, farm and household
implements. Also several models of
boats and Thai cities. A short video
demonstrates techniques.
Wat
Yananwangwararam : Located
approximately 12 kms south of
Pattaya, the temple features
beautiful gardens and lakes, and a
large architectural museum. The
Viharn Sien Chinese Museum contains
art and artifacts including entombed
warriors from Xian.
